The conference will be held from 26–28 June 2026 at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre.
This competition is open to early childhood educators working in rural or regional Australia (Rural eligibility is based on the ASGS Remoteness Classification). Entrants must be 18+ and currently employed in an early childhood education and care service.

The promotion is a game of skill offering three prize packages to attend the Australian Childcare Alliance (ACA) Queensland National Conference 2026 in Brisbane.

The Australian Childcare Alliance Queensland National Conference 2026 will be held in Brisbane from 26–28 June 2026 at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Open to educators currently employed in early childhood education and care services located in rural or regional Australia. (Rural eligibility is based on the ASGS Remoteness Classification).
Entrants must be Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees, directors, and immediate family members of the Promoter and its agencies are not eligible.

During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants must submit an entry of 100 words or less answering: “how attending the 2026 ACA QLD Conference would strengthen your practice and create a ripple effect in your community”
Entries must be submitted via thefraserfoundation.com.au/enter-to-win form in accordance with the instructions on the promotion post.
Only one entry per person will be accepted.

The promotion opens on 03 February 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on 28 February 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each valid entry will be judged on creativity, originality and how clearly it explains the benefit to the entrant’s community.

Judging will take place on or after 02 March 2026 at 10 Olympic Circuit, Southport 4215.
Entries will be assessed by a panel appointed by the Promoter.
The three best entries, as determined by the judges in their sole discretion, will each win a prize.
The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Each prize includes for one person:
One full conference registration to the ACA Queensland National Conference 2026 in Brisbane (26–28 June 2026).
Return economy airfares or equivalent travel from the winner’s nearest major regional centre to Brisbane, as determined by the Promoter.
Up to 3 nights’ accommodation in Brisbane for the conference period, at a hotel chosen by the Promoter.
Total prize pool is approximately $9000 incl. GST. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

·Winners will be notified via email and/or phone on Friday 6 March 2026
Winners may be announced on the Promoter’s website and social media channels using their first name, initial and service or town.

Winners are responsible for any costs not expressly included in the prize description, including transfers, meals, insurance and incidental expenses.
Winners must be available to attend the Conference on 26–28 June 2026; if a winner cannot attend on those dates, the prize may be forfeited.
If a winner is unable to take the prize as stated, the Promoter may award the prize to the next best valid entry.

If a prize is not accepted or claimed within 7 days of notification, the Promoter may select another winner from the remaining valid entries.

By entering, entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish and communicate their entry (including name, service and town) in any media for promotional and marketing purposes, without additional compensation, subject to applicable privacy laws.
