Shaping Futures Through Education

Founded in 2021, The Fraser Foundation was created with one clear purpose: to remove barriers for passionate educators who dream of becoming Early Childhood Teachers. Because how we educate and care for children today directly shapes the communities we build tomorrow.

What We Have Done

Fraser foundation scholarship recipient - Ms. Rachel.jpg
  • Awarded over $420,000 in scholarships, backing more than 40 future Early Childhood Teachers and directly improving educational outcomes for more than 13,000 children.

  • Offered scholarships nationwide — from Perth to a remarkable scholar on Thursday Island in the Torres Strait — ensuring that passionate educators in every corner of Australia have a chance to pursue their dream.

  • Launched a free, national professional-development series with voices like Maggie Dent, Dr Kaylene Henderson, and Nathan Wallis, reaching more than 8,500 educators. For many in rural and remote communities, this was the first time they had ever accessed this calibre of training.

  • Partnered with CAECE and ACA QLD to create a pipeline that will see 600 diploma-qualified educators enter the sector every year for the next three years.

  • Forged powerful partnerships with like-minded organisations — Child Care Super, Preschool Equipment, Wilson Lawyers, Accounts Advantage, Prekaro Projects, and Childcare Concepts QLD — ensuring every dollar raised stretches further than we could achieve alone.
