What we do
Free Professional Development
A national webinar series with some of the most respected voices in early childhood, free for every educator, director and student in the sector.
Research Impact Grant
$30,000 a year backing research that changes what happens in the room — the 2026 grant supports a practical toolkit for educators working with autistic children.
Need-based scholarships for people studying to become early childhood teachers — course fees, resources and living costs, so money isn’t the reason a good educator doesn’t qualify.

From Our Founders
The Fraser Foundation was started in 2021 by Jae Fraser and Andrew Heslehurst, founders of Little Scholars School of Early Learning. Twenty years in early childhood taught them the sector’s biggest problem isn’t a shortage of passion — it’s the cost of qualifying. The Foundation exists to remove that barrier, one educator at a time.
