Ruby: Following a Dream
Ruby recently graduated with her Graduate Diploma of Early Childhood Education through Swinburne Online. With the support of the Fraser Foundation, she was able to focus on her studies without worrying about financial constraints. Today, Ruby is a qualified Early Childhood Teacher and Lead Educator in a Senior Kindy Studio, living out her dream of shaping young minds every day.
“Receiving this scholarship changed my life. I could finally pursue my goal of becoming an Early Childhood Teacher, and now I get to make a difference in the lives of so many children.”
Ella: Lifting Others as She Rises
Ella spoke at our recent Fraser Foundation luncheon, sharing a message that resonated with everyone in attendance:
“We are not limited by the circumstances we are born into. We are lifted by the community around us.”
Through her scholarship, Ella was able to complete her studies and step into a role that allows her to mentor and inspire future educators. Her journey is a shining example of how support from a community can create a ripple effect of positive change.

Marisa: From Nursery to Leadership
Marisa has been working in early childhood education for over 16 years, and her scholarship allowed her to pursue further qualifications and move into a leadership role. She now supports educators across multiple classrooms, helping them grow their skills and guiding children through important developmental milestones.
